All orders will be delivered the next working day if ordered before 2pm (Monday to Friday).
Carrier tracking will provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or doesn't gets delivered to you, please contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you with the next steps.
The chances of receiving a defective item are extremely rare. However, should this be the case, please take a picture of your product which shows the defect clearly and contact our support at email@example.com to check if it's eligible for replacement.
Unfortunately we currently do not offer cash on delivery when you purchase online.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.
You can browse via search, all products, or jump straight to you favourite brand. Once you have viewed the products and have made your choice, simply place the items in your basket and move onto the shopping cart (top right hand side of the page). This will let your preview your items before you check-out with our secure payment options.
We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unused, unopened and in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.
